Awards Day

Thursday, May 22nd, Samantha's school had its Awards Day Ceremony. Mimi and PawPaw joined us for the event. The children assembled outside and marched in. Each class was called to the podium. Mrs. Kelly introduced each child and shared their future ambition. When it was Samantha's turn, Mrs. Kelly announced that Samantha wants to be a "firegirl" when she grows up.

After all the classes were introduced, individual awards were announced. Pre-K was not eligible for any of these. Afterward, we headed home to change clothes and then lunched at Lee's.
